Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate Spiritual Care Hospice Chaplain to join our Boca Raton team. This onsite, full-time role includes 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

hours with one weekend shift every six weeks, supporting patients and families at end of life and during bereavement. We value empathy and community care; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement with match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master of Divinity or equivalent preparation.
• Minimum of two units of Clinical Pastoral Education; four units preferred.
• Board certification preferred or must pursue within 2 years of employment.
• One to two years of spiritual leadership and inter-faith ministry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing end-of-life, grief, and crisis.
• Coordinate spiritual care with community clergy to provide individualized support.
• Deliver spiritual counseling across diverse settings for the dying and bereaved.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient records.
• Participate in bereavement and community events and support organizational mission.
