Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work is required.
• Hospice or palliative care experience is preferred.
• Two years of verifiable experience as a Social Worker is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and ability to travel between multiple locations within region.

What it takes to be a Social Worker at Care Initiatives Hospice:
