Qualifications

• MSW or CSWE-accredited BS degree in social work.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience; hospice preferred.
• Current licensure and ability to drive as a licensed driver.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support.
