Job summary

A hospice care provider located in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a skilled Social Worker to offer psychosocial support to patients and their families during difficult times. Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in social work, preferably in hospice or community setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

• Provide counseling regarding emotional stress, coping, and grief.
• Document patient conditions and psychosocial support provided.
