Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in the Dallas area is seeking local Hospice/Home Health Sales professionals to promote our hospice programs and services.

You will establish, develop, and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice. The role rewards high energy, compassionate professionals with a proven track record in sales and referral development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Hospice/Home Health sales experience required.
• Local with established referral sources.
• Ability to develop and expand referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospice programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.
• Build and manage a local referral network to drive patient referrals and program enrollment.
• Engage with referral sources to ensure high quality, timely patient transitions and satisfaction.
