Qualifications

• Local with established referral sources
• Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services - 2+ years of successful experience
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
• Familiarity with Contact Management software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Stable work history with verifiable performance
