Software Placement Group, SPG is seeking a Hospice Sales Executive for the Medical Center and S. San Antonio territory.

Local candidates with proven performance in hospice or home health sales are required and will promote our programs by building strong physician, hospital, and community referrals. The role rewards a high-energy, compassionate sales professional with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to establish and expand referral sources through long-term

Qualifications

• Local with established referral sources.
• Proven hospice and/or home health sales track record – 2+ years.
• Ability to develop and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Stable work history with verifiable performance.
• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospice programs by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.
• Develop and maintain referral networks within the Medical Center & S. San Antonio territory.
• Represent the company in a professional, high-energy sales capacity.

Territory: Medical Center & S. San Antonio
