Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Hospice Sales Liaison to develop and expand referral networks within South Texas. This field-based role requires building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other referral sources to drive census growth and high-quality care.

Hospice Sales / Liaison - San Antonio, TX

Territory: San Antonio

Required: Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience. Local market knowledge, job stability, established referral relationships and proven performance are must-haves.

Target Candidate

• Experienced hospice and/or home health sales professional with established referral-source relationships in San Antonio and surrounding South Texas markets.
• Must be comfortable developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities and other healthcare referral sources.
• Looking for a field-based sales producer who understands healthcare service sales, referral development, census growth and consistent account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
• Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare environment.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.

Experience

• Minimum 2 or more years of sales experience as outlined above required.
