Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Valid Ohio RN license required.
• 2–4 years direct patient care experience in hospice or home care.

Responsabilités

• Manage a primary patient caseload and provide nursing care as prescribed by the physician.
• Ensure compliance with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation and Ohio licensure laws.
