Job summary

ViaQuest Hospice in Muncie, IN is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of care for our patients. The role requires leading the nursing team, reviewing schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance and licensure across the team.

The ideal candidate will have an ADN or equivalent, an active RN license, and hospice experience. Management skills and willingness to travel are preferred; weekend on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Hospice nursing experience preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the planning, coordination and delivery of care.
• Review and coordinate nursing schedules and coverage.
• Assist in leading the development of new programs and processes for the nursing team.
• Provide direct services and patient care as needed.
• Ensure all nurses' licenses and certifications are current in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
