Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience (hospice preferred).
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

• Communicate with patient, family and care team.
• Serve as driver of the care team to ensure quality care.
