Job summary

Del Corazon Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing visits across Santa Fe and surrounding communities. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort, symptom management, and end-of-life care in home settings.

The RN will conduct assessments, administer medications per physician orders, educate families, and document thoroughly in the EMR, while participating in on-call coverage and ensuring

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Mexico (required).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice/home health strongly preferred).
• Strong assessment, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in the field with excellent time management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Case manage hospice patients in Santa Fe and surrounding communities.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation for weeknights; on-call stipend and after-hours pay provided.
