Beacon Hospice in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our home health hospice team. This full-time night shift (5pm–8am) position involves delivering and coordinating nursing care across patient homes in partnership with physicians and the care team.

You will perform initial and ongoing nursing evaluations, develop plans of care, and maintain precise documentation to ensure medical necessity and high-quality care.

Formación

• One year of clinical RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification, driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Must be able to reliably commute to multiple patient residences daily within the geographic area assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in the care.
• Make initial/comprehensive nursing evaluations and develop the plan of care within state guidelines.
• Maintain and submit accurate documentation and clinical notes including patient status and interventions.
• Provide high quality clinical nursing services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws from admit to discharge.
