Job summary

Gentiva Health Services, Inc. is looking for a Hospice RN – Regional Support to provide high-quality nursing care to hospice patients across Missouri. This dynamic role includes managing individual care plans and supporting families while being adaptable to travel across multiple branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in hospice, home health, or other high acuity setting.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for hospice patients.
• Manage and implement individualized plans of care.
• Support and lead interdisciplinary team members.
• Travel to various Gentiva hospice locations as assigned.
