Job summary

Gentiva is seeking a Hospice RN – Regional Support to deliver compassionate nursing care across multiple communities. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support families, and adapt to various hospice branches as needed.

The ideal candidate will have an unencumbered RN license in Georgia and at least one year of experience in a high-acuity nursing care setting. Travel is required, with potential overnight stays based on staffing needs.
