Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient's symptoms using software.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as a patient advocate providing information on rights and responsibilities.
• Evaluate patients' physical and emotional status.
• Supervise and direct aides and licensed practical nurses.
• Participate in on-call rotating schedule.
