Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead with empathy and clinical excellence in palliative care. This PRN role focuses on delivering patient-centered end-of-life care with dignity, comfort, and support for patients and families in South Carolina.

You will perform assessments, manage symptoms and medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the IDG to ensure seamless care. A SC RN license and hospice experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact License.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments during scheduled or on-call visits to evaluate the patient’s condition and needs.
• Assess changes in condition and communicate findings to the IDG and physician.
• Provide nursing care per plan of care and update interventions as needed.
