ProHealth Home Health and Hospice in Cartersville, GA seeks a Hospice RN (PRN/Part-time) to provide compassionate nursing care to terminally ill patients at home. You will support families, collaborate with the IDG, and participate in on-call coverage while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license in Georgia, and at least 2 years of RN experience preferred. Strong assessment skills and cultural sensitivity are essential.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in GA.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make quick judgments.
• Ability to supervise others and respond to crisis outside hospital settings.
• Willingness to complete Hospice training and adapt to diverse patients.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and reassess nursing needs of Hospice patients.
• Provide Hospice nursing services, treatments and preventive procedures.
• Develop and adjust care plans with IDG.
• Instruct and supervise family in home care and bereavement support.
• Participate in on-call coverage and team conferences.
• Maintain patient records per Hospice policies.
