Job summary

Agape Hospice Care seeks a passionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team in Georgia. The RN administers skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, and supports families during challenging times.

Requirements include an active RN license, CPR, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with computers and MS Office. Hospice or home health experience is preferred, and a compassionate nature is essential to provide

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and valid driver’s license.
• Two years’ experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency.
• Assume responsibility for coordination of care across services.
