Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid requirements per state licensure.
• Strong patient assessment, management and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical and psychological status of the patient.
