Job summary

Pioneer Valley Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking two part-time on-call registered nurses in Massachusetts (Mon-Fri 4:30pm-8pm) and (Mon-Fri 8pm-8am) to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. The role offers weekly pay, generous time off, and comprehensive health insurance.

You will manage the plan of care, perform initial assessments, administer meds, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold current MA RN licensure and CPR certification.
• 1–2 years health care experience; hospice/home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage plan of care from referral through discharge for assigned patients and families.
• Conduct initial nursing assessments to determine hospice needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
