Interim HealthCare Hospice is hiring Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, home-based care for patients with life-limiting illnesses. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to carry out the patient’s plan of care and support families during a challenging season.

Qualified RNs hold an active Michigan license, have at least 1 year of RN experience, and possess a valid driver’s license with car insurance.

Qualifications

• RN license active and unrestricted in Michigan.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in home health.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based care to patients with life-limiting conditions and focus on quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement the plan of care.
• Perform assessments, monitor vitals, manage symptoms, and administer medications.
• Educate families about prognosis, care plans, and hospice goals.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available and accessible at home.
