Job summary

Nathan Adelson Hospice Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem night shifts (8:00pm–8:30am) at University Center Drive and Mountainview locations. The nurse will provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and support the hospice mission.

Requirements include Nevada RN licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver with insured vehicle for home care/admissions/triage. Hospice/home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program; hospice/home health experience preferred.
• Current Nevada RN license and CPR certification.
• Driver with insured vehicle required for Home Care/Admissions/Triage; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care using the nursing process: assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs under supervision.
• Support and promote the hospice's philosophy and mission statement.
