Job summary

Agape Care Group in Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospice and palliative care team. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure compassionate, coordinated care.

We value a heart to serve others, integrity, and teamwork. The role requires RN licensure in the state and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospice settings. Transportation is required to fulfill patient visits.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
