Job summary

Inhouse Hospice Llc is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct hospice nursing care in the home and community setting in Michigan. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice and CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree, with 1 year of hospice care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs to determine hospice care requirements.
• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Develop, implement, and revise the plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, symptom management and end‑of‑life care.
• Coordinate with hospice aides and other staff to ensure continuity of care.
