Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate Hospice team in the greater Kingman area. The role includes coordinating plans of care, educating families, and providing nursing care under physician guidance.

We offer a full-time schedule with 3x12 or 4x10 shifts, generous benefits, sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation up to $4,000, plus tuition reimbursement and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Nursing Program (Associates or Diploma Program).
• Arizona RN License or compact state RN license.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, required within 20 days of hire.
• AZ Driver's License
• AZ Food Handlers Card
• BLS through Arizona Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Age requirement: must be 21 or older
• 1+ years of experience in acute care nursing or hospice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the implementation of a Hospice Plan of Care for each patient.
• Educates patients and families about the disease process and pain/symptom management.
• Works under physician direction to provide nursing care per nursing standards and regulations.
