Job summary

Interim Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN to join our hospice team across the Minneapolis–St. Paul area for a full-time role. Schedule includes Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm with an every-other-weekend rotation, and visits throughout the region.

Salary offers up to $74.20/hour depending on experience, with a separate stipend for on-call hours. Candidates must have an active MN and WI RN license, at least one year in hospice or pallia tive care, reliable transportation, and a suitable home

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MN and WI required.
• At least one year of RN experience in hospice, long-term care, or palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Triage phone calls as needed.
• Complete steps for medication refills as needed.
• Provide Durable Medical Equipment (DME) support and troubleshooting.
• Symptom management for hospice patients.
• Make visits for deaths and/or help patients with issues not solvable over the phone.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities Include:

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• An active RN license in the states of MN and WI are required.
• At leastone year of previous experience working as an RN in a hospice, long-term care or palliative care setting.
• Must have reliable transportation for patient visits.
• Must have a reliable phone/workspace at home to provide phone triage assistance remotely.
