Job summary

Lorian Health in Las Vegas is seeking a registered nurse to join our home health team serving the Northeast and Northwest areas. You will assess patients, update care plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure safe, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• NLN-accredited nursing program graduate.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle.
• 1+ year RN experience or BSN preferred.
• Ability to lift/position patients; frequent standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments & update care plans.
• Provide symptom & pain management.
• Educate patients/families on care and medications.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Document timely, accurate clinical notes.
• Manage assigned caseload; ensure safe care environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

Must have:

Preferred:

• Minimum of one (1) year of recent (within the last three (3) years) experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting.
• Hospice/home health/public health experience
