Bloom Healthcare in Centennial seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse Float to deliver and coordinate compassionate hospice care at patients' homes. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and educate families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Colorado RN license.
• Minimum 1 year in med-surg, emergency, or critical care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailed-oriented with strong time management.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospice nursing care.
• Foster therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Plan and implement effective care.
• Manage pain and symptoms.
