Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking an experienced hospice RN to provide comprehensive patient care within the hospice program. You will develop and implement the Plan of Care, collaborate with the care team, and maintain patient confidentiality while supporting families through challenging times.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, GA RN licensure, and CPR certification; clinical experience is preferred.

Competenze

• RN degree or diploma from an accredited school of nursing
• Georgia RN licensure at time of hire (or multi-state license)
• 1 year clinical experience preferred
• CPR certification required

• Assumes full nursing responsibility for the Plan of Care for hospice patients.
• Continuously evaluates personal and professional performance to improve care quality.
