Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to assume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for hospice patients. You will continually evaluate performance to improve productivity and quality of care, and collaborate with a care team to implement strategies that support physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being.

This role requires state licensure (GA or multi-state), CPR, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills; prior hospice

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year of clinical experience required.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred.
• RN licensure (GA or NLC/eNCL) required; CPR required; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assumes full nursing responsibility for the Plan of Care for hospice patients.
