Compassionate Care Home Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care across various locations in California. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide health instructions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional nursing experience within the past three years, or a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
• Self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete an initial comprehensive assessment of patient and family to determine hospice needs.
• Provide professional nursing care using all elements of the nursing process.
• Assess and evaluate patient status; revise care plans as necessary.
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient needs and report changes.
