Job summary

American Homecare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality home health care to patients in California. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families to support day-to-day independence.

Qualifications

Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current BLS certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
OASIS documentation experience.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Develop individualized care plans and perform comprehensive assessments.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and caregivers and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to promote independence and better outcomes.
