The RN will manage and implement patient care plans in a team-based hospice setting, with a focus on compassionate care. A valid PA RN license and hospice experience are preferred; drivers license required for travel.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans in hospice.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Travel to patient locations; drive ~20% of workday.
