AdvisaCare Hospice in Muskegon, MI, is seeking a Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse to provide home-based, one-on-one care with compassion and dignity. You will support patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in care planning and meetings.

The role emphasizes presence, comfort, and respectful end-of-life care, with 30–40 hours per week and on-call rotation. Experience in hospice and an active Michigan RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hospice experience.
• Ability to work full-time on-call.
• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Familiar with Medicare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home-based care to patients.
• Support patients and families with dignity and compassion.
• Spend meaningful time with patients where it matters most.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Document visits and participate in IDG meetings.
