VitalCaring Group is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient-centered hospice care in field settings across Garfield, Major, Alfalfa, and Kingfisher Counties. You will manage care plans, symptom relief, and family education with empathy and clinical excellence.

This field-based role emphasizes autonomy with team support, ensuring comfort and dignity at end-of-life, while coordinating with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or compact eligibility) and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care approach.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and communicate effectively in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plan of care and manage symptoms for hospice patients.
• Develop and manage individualized, comfort-focused care plans.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary team and monitor patient condition.
