Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient-centered care in field settings across Garfield, Major, Alfalfa, and Kingfisher Counties. You will manage plans of care, relieve symptoms, and support patients and families with empathy and clinical excellence.

This field-based role emphasizes autonomy with interdisciplinary team collaboration, delivering dignified end-of-life care in homes and facilities. A valid RN license and driving access are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or compact eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care approach
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication skills in sensitive situations
• Basic EMR proficiency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
