VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care in home and community settings. You will lead the plan of care, manage symptoms, and advocate for patients and families with empathy and clinical excellence.

The role emphasizes autonomy with team collaboration, field-based visits, and commitment to dignity and quality of life in a fast-paced, meaningful environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a relevant setting.
• Experience or interest in hospice, palliative care, or home health strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-centered hospice care and develop comfort-focused plans.
• Act as care coordinator with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain documentation and participate in care planning meetings.
