Job summary

Qualified candidates are RNs with 3–5 years in leadership within hospice or healthcare, familiar with Medicaid/Medicare rules, and capable of strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time leadership position with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of residence
• 3–5 years leadership or management experience in hospice or healthcare
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare regulations and reimbursement
• Strong understanding of hospice operations and regulatory compliance
• Willingness to travel frequently and across markets
• Proven communication, decision-making and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as Administrator on record at assigned hospice agencies
• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, compliance and patient services
• Drive clinical quality to meet Medicare and state hospice regulations
• Lead and coach hospice teams to achieve patient-focused goals
• Manage operational budgets with full P&L responsibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders for smooth transitions
• Travel up to 100% throughout the region to provide onsite leadership
