AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary care team serving West Baltimore and surrounding areas. You will provide individualized nursing care to maximize comfort and quality of life, while partnering with patients, families, physicians, and teammates.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and more.

Competenze

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.

• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.

• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
