Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes around Houston, Texas. You will perform assessments, manage symptoms, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity at end of life.

• Current RN licensure, strong clinical assessment and symptom management skills, proficiency with EMR documentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate approach to end-of-life care.
