Job summary

Compassus in Houston, TX is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to enable patients to spend time with loved ones while receiving compassionate, coordinated home-based care. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity.

The role requires an RN license in the state, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a current driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
