Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered end-of-life care. You will assess patients and caregivers, develop and adjust care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary group to ensure compassionate, high-quality outcomes.

Educating families, maintaining clinical documentation, and applying infection control practices are essential. IPU experience and a valid RN license are required; CPR certification is also expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• 1 year IPU experience; 2 years hospice nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Develop, implement, and update care plans to achieve goals.
• Educate patients and families with clear guidance and support.
• Communicate with the IDG, caregivers, and other professionals.
