CURATUSSC is seeking a Hospice RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care in a setting that honors patient goals, values, and dignity.

The role provides clinical expertise, emotional support, and coordinated care, requiring active RN licensure, IPU experience, and the ability to work in home and inpatient environments. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs and ensure comfort and safety.

Formación

• Current, active RN license (multistate compact).
• 1 year IPU experience and 2 years in hospice or related nursing role.
• Experience with life-limiting illnesses and palliative care.
• Strong computer proficiency and EMR use.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate within an IDG and work independently when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive, patient- and family-centered hospice nursing care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families with questions.
• Coordinate and update individualized plans of care to ensure continuity and goals.
• Promote patient independence whenever possible and follow hospice protocols.
• Document accurately in accordance with guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Maintain infection control and use universal precautions.
• Collaborate with IDG, caregivers, and other health professionals; report concerns promptly.
