Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated care team in Howell, Michigan. The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or higher, is a licensed RN in Michigan (including a Compact license), has 2+ years in hospice, and EMR experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing.
• 2+ years of Hospice experience.
• Active RN license in Michigan and compact lic.
• Experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure hospice quality.
• Support patients throughout Howell and surrounding areas.
• Meet critical charting deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care aligned with hospice best practices.
