AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut.

The role pays $90,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) and a defined coverage area including Bristol, Plainville, New Britain, and nearby towns. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team, providing compassionate care while practicing at the top of your license within a mission‑driven organization.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
