Hospice RN Clinical Supervisor | Registered Nurse Leadership

Golden Valley, United States | Posted on 09/03/2026

Job Title: Hospice RN Clinical Supervisor | Help Build Something Exceptional

Instead of simply submitting a resume, include a brief introduction telling me:

  • The size and structure of the hospice or home health teams you've led.
  • Your leadership philosophy and how you support and develop clinicians.
  • A quality improvement, operational initiative, or team accomplishment you're especially proud of.
  • Why Superior Hospice and this opportunity caught your attention.

I personally review every application and look forward to learning more about your leadership journey.

Build the Hospice Team You Always Wanted to Lead.

Every hospice leader has imagined it.

A team that's fully supported.

A culture where nurses are heard.

Leadership that values quality over quotas.

The opportunity to build something the right way instead of spending every day trying to fix what isn't working.

At Superior Hospice , that opportunity is here.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor who wants more than another management position. We're looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of our clinical team, mentor exceptional nurses, and build a hospice program families trust and employees are proud to be part of.

If you've ever said...

"If I were running the team, I'd do things differently."

We'd love to meet you.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

At Superior Hospice, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Help build a growing hospice program from the ground up.
  • Mentor and develop an outstanding team of hospice clinicians.
  • Partner directly with engaged executive leadership that understands hospice care.
  • Influence clinical processes, quality initiatives, and team culture.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional patient and family experiences.
  • Lead with both accountability and compassion.

This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact—not simply maintain the status quo.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support the daily clinical operations of our hospice nursing team.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop nurses while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and hospice best practices.
  • Oversee clinical documentation, patient admissions, care planning, and quality initiatives.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and strengthen communication across nursing, social work, chaplaincy, hospice aides, and providers.
  • Support performance improvement, regulatory readiness, audits, and quality outcomes.
  • Partner with executive leadership to continuously improve clinical operations and patient care.
What We're Looking For
  • Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Hospice experience required.
  • Previous Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager, Director of Clinical Services, Patient Care Manager, or other nursing leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative leader who builds trust, develops people, and leads by example.
Why Superior Hospice?
  • $110,000-$135,000 annual salary
  • Growing hospice organization where your voice matters.
  • Executive leadership committed to supporting clinicians.
  • Opportunity to influence culture, operations, and quality.
  • Meaningful work that impacts patients, families, and fellow caregivers every day.
  • Competitive benefits and opportunities for long-term growth.
Ready to Build Something Special?

If you're looking for a leadership opportunity where your ideas matter, your team is supported, and your work genuinely shapes the future of hospice care, I'd love to hear from you.

The best hospice leaders don't simply manage teams.

They build cultures where extraordinary care becomes the standard.
