Envision Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Weekend Flex RN to provide high‑quality symptom management and comfort care in the Puget Sound area. You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering care in home and facility settings, with weekend coverage and flexibility for one or two weekdays.

The role emphasizes urgent response, patient advocacy, and team collaboration, with sign‑on and ongoing benefits. WA RN license and BLS are required, CHPN a plus; private travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license required; hospice/palliative care certification (CHPN) a plus.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care settings preferred with end-of-life care principles.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills; patient-centered approach.

Responsabilités

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice RN to support our growing interdisciplinary team. The Hospice Weekend Flex Nurse provides essential care and support to patients and families during weekend hours, along with one or two additional weekdays. This position offers a flexible 3 or 4‑day workweek with 10‑hour shifts, including weekend coverage and one to two weekdays. Care is provided in various settings, including private homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. This role focuses on responding to urgent or emergency needs, managing symptoms, and ensuring the comfort and well‑being of patients.

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 3 x 10‑hour shifts (30 hours/week) – Hourly, benefit‑eligible
• 4 x 10‑hour shifts (40 hours/week) – Salaried, benefit‑eligible

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto liability insurance.
