Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice RN to support our growing interdisciplinary team. The Hospice Weekend Flex Nurse provides essential care and support to patients and families during weekend hours, along with one or two additional weekdays. This position offers a flexible 3 or 4‑day workweek with 10‑hour shifts, including weekend coverage and one to two weekdays. Care is provided in various settings, including private homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. This role focuses on responding to urgent or emergency needs, managing symptoms, and ensuring the comfort and well‑being of patients.

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

  • 3 x 10‑hour shifts (30 hours/week) – Hourly, benefit‑eligible
  • 4 x 10‑hour shifts (40 hours/week) – Salaried, benefit‑eligible
