Optimal Care is seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality end-of-life care with a focus on dignity and comfort. You will oversee nurses, social workers, spiritual care, and other services while ensuring regulatory and quality standards are consistently met.

The role requires strong clinical judgment and leadership across Jackson, MI and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Current MI RN license
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to travel moderately within service area

Responsibilities

• Lead hospice care delivery with clinical excellence and compassion
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team to provide end-of-life care
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are met
• Partner with field staff, physicians, and leadership to shape care delivery
