You will guide nurses, social workers, spiritual care, and other services, collaborating with field staff and leadership to improve patient experience and team culture. Strong clinical judgment and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/ASN/BSN).
• Current State RN license.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
